Hays Hong Kong SAR Refer a Friend Scheme

The Hays Hong Kong SAR Refer a Friend Scheme, Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions and the Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties. In the event of conflict between this Refer a Friend Scheme and the terms and conditions, the terms and conditions shall prevail.
 
•    Campaign period: From February 7th, 2022 to July 6th, 2022.
•    Pilot Specialisms: Technology & Flex 
•    The Refer a Friend Scheme IS NOT OPEN to Hays employees and headhunters working for recruitment agencies other than Hays.
•    Referrals must be made to Hays through the web form before or at registration (of the referred candidate) - referrals made at a later stage, or in any other way may not be valid. It is essential that any referrals made to Hays on the phone or via email are also registered through the website at the time you refer them if you wish to take advantage of this scheme.
•    To qualify for a reward, your referred friend must be referred within the campaign period and placed within twelve (12) months upon registration.
•    We can only accept referrals for people already working in Hong Kong, or those who are eligible to work in Hong Kong.
•    If your friend is successfully placed by Hays and passes their probation, you will be eligible for your reward of HKD 2,000 gift voucher after your friend starts a position via Hays and passes the probation period.
•    You shall ensure that you have acquired the explicit consent of your referred friend and all parties (including your referred friend and yourself) have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions, Privacy Policy, before your submission of the referral.
•    Hays’ decision is final in case of any disputes.
