• A Reputable Securities Services firm is seeking a seasoned and driven Vice President of Trade Support to join our FICC (Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities) business. This is a high-impact role for a trade support professional with deep expertise across asset classes and a passion for operational excellence.

Your new role

• Provide comprehensive trade support and lifecycle management across a wide range of products:
  • Equities, Fixed Income, Rates, Credit, Commodities
  • Listed and OTC derivatives
  • Structured notes and exotic products
• Ensure timely and accurate trade capture, affirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate closely with front office, middle office, operations, risk, and technology teams to resolve trade-related issues and enhance workflows.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to system upgrades and automation initiatives.
• Maintain strong governance and control standards in line with regulatory and internal policies.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 8 years of experience in trade support or related functions within capital markets.
• Solid understanding of trade lifecycle processes and post-trade operations across multiple asset classes.
• Familiarity with structured and exotic products, including their operational nuances.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
