Your new role

• Act as an individual contributor providing compliance advisory for FICC, equity, and equity derivative products.
• Interpret and implement regulatory requirements across HKMA, SFC, and other regional frameworks.
• Develop and enhance compliance policies, monitoring programs, and risk governance for trading and sales activities.
• Partner with front office, risk, and legal teams to manage product-specific compliance risks.
• Lead thematic reviews, regulatory projects, and respond to inquiries from regulators and internal audit.

What you'll need to succeed
