Your Company:

Our client, a renowned PR software company, is seeking a VP of Sales, APAC to join their operation in Hong Kong. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing the APAC sales team across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Sydney.

Your Role:

As the VP of Sales, APAC, you will play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth in the APAC region. You will be responsible for managing the APAC sales team, including outlining and managing the sales budget, formulating the sales strategy for the APAC region, and ensuring its successful execution. Additionally, you will lead an existing team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to maximise their performance and achieve sales targets.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of sales experience in a SaaS company, with at least 5 years in a management position. A proven track record in managing a high-performance sales team in the APAC region. Regional experience is a must, and a deep understanding of the PR software industry will be advantageous. Your strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, coupled with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, will be crucial in driving the team's success and achieving business objectives. Fluent English is required, and proficiency in local languages such as Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
