Responsibilities

• Advise on fund formation, structuring, and documentation across various jurisdictions
• Draft, review, and negotiate fund-related agreements, including offering documents and service provider contracts
• Provide legal guidance on regulatory developments impacting asset management activities
• Collaborate closely with investment, compliance, and operations teams to support business initiatives
• Assist in managing external counsel relationships and ensuring cost-effective legal support
• Contribute to internal legal process improvements and knowledge sharing across the team

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 6–10 years PQE, ideally within asset management
• Strong understanding of fund structures, regulatory frameworks, and cross-border legal issues
• Prior experience in a global asset manager or international law firm preferred
