Your new role

• Developing and implementing risk-based compliance testing plans.
• Conducting reviews across business units to assess control effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
• Identifying gaps, escalating issues, and recommending remediation strategies.
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders, including Compliance, Audit, and Front Office teams.
• Preparing detailed reports for senior management and regulatory authorities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 10 years of experience in compliance testing or audit within the banking sector.
• In-depth knowledge of global banking regulations and risk-based testing methodologies.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional certifications such as CAMS, CRCM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
