a Regional Banking Group is looking for a VP/Director, Derivatives Clearing
Your new role
- Supervise customer servicing team to deliver high-quality clearing services.
- Collaborate with customer departments to acquire new clients.
- Develop and implement control frameworks, policies, and procedures for risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and supervision to promote teamwork and collaboration.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Extensive experience in CCP Derivative Clearing, especially Swap Connect.
- Proven track record in setting up and managing third-party clearing businesses.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset for risk identification and mitigation
