You will play a pivotal role in managing human resources functions within our foreign bank. The role plays a critical role in supporting the human resources department by managing various HR functions. This position requires a versatile professional who can handle diverse responsibilities and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities
- HR Business Partnering:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer compensation and benefit plans.
- Assist in developing and executing compensation strategies.
- Handle employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and leaves.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
- Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
- Organizational Development:
- Support organizational change initiatives.
- Implement training and development programs.
- Drive employee performance and career development.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Assist in policy development and updates.
- HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
