Our business partner is a well-established bank that is seeking an experienced AVP/ VP Securities Services sales with a focus on Corporate Trust and Loan Agency.

Your new role

As a new member of the team, you will be responsible for:

• Identify and engage with key issuers, intermediaries, and prospective clients to build a robust pipeline and secure new mandates for Corporate Trust and Loan Agency services.
• Acquire new mandates by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Corporate Trust and Loan Agency products.
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing clients and intermediaries across various levels.
• Collaborate with clients and their advisors to understand transaction structures, draft proposals, and determine pricing.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and teams to secure approvals and ensure smooth execution and implementation of transactions before closure.
• Foster a strong internal network by collaborating with business units across different bank jurisdictions.
• Undertake additional tasks or projects as assigned on an ad hoc basis.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you will have a tertiary degree and at least 5 years of relevant working experience in a sales role within corporate trust or related transaction execution. Proficiency in both English and Chinese would be required to serve a diversified portfolio. You will have solid stakeholder management skills in order to collaborate with other teams to strive for the best. Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise and work to tight timeframes would be necessary to excel in this position.
