I am helping a top tier Fintech to seek for a highly skilled and experienced Trade Compliance Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking and a deep understanding of trade compliance regulations. This role is crucial in ensuring that the trading activities comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Your new role

• Develop, implement, and maintain trade compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable trade regulations and laws.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of trading activities to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on trade compliance matters.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors as required.
• Stay updated on changes in trade compliance regulations and ensure the company’s policies are updated accordingly.
• Prepare and submit required compliance reports to regulatory authorities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade compliance, preferably within the investment banking sector.
• In-depth knowledge of trade compliance regulations and laws.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in compliance software and tools.
