We are partnering with an international financial institution, they are seeking for a Team Head of C&B and Rewards to lead a small team.
Your new role
- Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs that align with business objectives and support employee engagement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure compensation and benefits programs are aligned with business objectives and support employee retention and motivation.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure compensation and benefits programs are competitive and align with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, consultants, and industry associations to stay informed of industry trends and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Human Resources with 5+ years in C&B and rewards function
- Well-versed in HK labour laws; related legislations and its practice
- Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline
- Exceptional communications skills in Cantonese and English
