Your new company
Our business partner is currently seeking for an experienced Head of Sales in Transaction Banking, to help grow and expand the TB portfolio, as well as lead and manage the current sales team.
Your new role
As a critical leader in the team, you will be responsible for delivering and setting targets aligning to overall Global Transaction Banking targets across all the business united segments. Other than formulating business strategies, you will also involve in train and elevate the sales team to cater customer requests, and to ensure quality services being delivered. You are going to work closely with product heads and coverage heads across different business units in order to identify gaps needed to meet customers' requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have solid technical background across both cash management and trade finance. A minimum 15+ years of relevant experiences in transaction banking is required. You will also have solid team management and stakeholder management skill to ensure the growth of the business. A tertiary degree coupled with proficiencies in English and Chinese are mandatory.
