Your new role
Supporting teams in scheduling analysts’ marketing activities and managing meeting logistics (dial‑in details, venues, and coordination with relevant parties).Assisting with travel bookings and logistics, ensuring compliance with company travel and cost policies.
Supporting expense claims submission and invoice processing in line with internal policies and timelines.
Assisting with external expert background checks and negative news screening.
Preparing and printing meeting materials.
Providing backup support to other assistants during leave periods.
Supporting general departmental administrative tasks as required.
