A London-listed MNC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team.
Your new role
- Support the end to end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening and first-interviewing for back office and business development roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and provide advice on the talent acquisition strategies/process.
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, LinkedIn, various recruitment platforms.
- Assist with orientation and training for staff.
- Drive and organise employee engagement initiations.
- Participate in any ad-hoc HR projects such as employee wellness activities and cross-Asia projects.
- Support and work with regional TA manager.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree holder in Human Resources management or related disciplines
- At least 2 years HR experience in a fast-paced and multinational organisation, with focus on talent acquisition a definite advantage
- Passionate about cultivating a positive work environment with innovative employee wellbeing activities and events
- People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills to be able to work with different levels of employees.
- Good communication in both written & spoken English & Chinese
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
