Your new role
- Manage Process Owners to map “as-is” and “to-be” processes; analyse business requirements and align them with system capabilities
- Manage process to define Day 1 functional requirements and system enhancement specifications
- Lead and prepare internal testing and support UAT preparation; develop test cases, document results and system limitations.
- Manage vendor and Digital SME to validate system features
- Develop process documentation and fit-gap analysis
- Recommend enhancements or workarounds for system limitations
- Lead and support vendor management in updating system manuals and guides for user training.
What you'll need to succeed
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a demonstrable focus on business process analysis, mapping, and re-engineering to optimise system functionality within large, complex organisations
- Extensive experience in developing, organising, and executing comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans for enterprise-level systems
- Demonstrated ability to validate all core system functions, with a meticulous focus on data integrity, calculation accuracy and reporting outputs
- Knowledge of data management practices, including data governance and data quality validation
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration in complex programme structures with multiple workstreams and third-party suppliers
- Knowledge of sustainability themes (e.g., environmental, greenhouse gas emissions, health & safety, energy transition) is a plus.
- Understanding ERP or ESG data systems is a bonus.
Technical / Functional Competencies:
- Relevant and recognised university degree in business, finance, science, engineering, or environmental/ sustainability-related program of studies
- Second and/or higher degree in a related field preferred
- Professional qualifications in project management or engineering preferred
- Collaborative mindset and positive attitude
