A well-established local property developer is looking for a mature Senior Technical Manager with chartered building surveying background to oversee their commercial building & shopping mall engineering work.

Your new role

• Take the lead in monitoring and driving all engineering work, including builder's work, building services, A&A, fitting-out, renovation, minor works, facility maintenance.

• Ensure health and safety is maintained in accordance to group policy and standards

• Constantly review and improve engineering operations, procurement strategies, and service standards

• Identify and assess potential technical risks and issues, and develop corresponding improvement plans to mitigate

• Liaise and handle owner’s/ tenant requests for technical related services.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder or above in building surveying or related discipline

• Holder of HKIS in building surveying division

• 10 years experience in building maintenance & operations position, preferably with shopping mall or commercial building experience

• Good command of English, Chinese and Cantonese

What you'll get in return

• 80 - 100k x 13 months + bonus

• 16 + 1 Annual Leave
