Our client is Global Leading Consumer Electronics Brand and currently looking for a head count in their Customer Service team for Supply and Demand Planning Manager on their Products. The objective will be to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction while ensuring smooth coordination between various stakeholders within the supply chain.

Your new role

Job Requirements:

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the overall supply chain performance, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and forecasting teams to analyse market trends, anticipate customer demands, and develop accurate demand forecasts for consumer electronics products.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, negotiate the best solutions, and monitor the operation to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements, cost reductions, and operational efficiencies within the supply chain, and implement appropriate strategies and tools to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure effective communication and coordination across all supply chain activities.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor supply chain performance, analyse data, and generate insights for decision-making and performance improvement.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Diploma in Supply chain or equivalent experience is preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in product supporting s olid experience in Supply Chain planning; experience in FMCG, Consumer electronic products or retail will be highly preferred; more than 5 years’ experience with management experience will be considered as Assistant manager
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in PC Skills (MS Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
