Our client is one of the leading developers with residential and commercial projects in HK & China. They are currently looking to hire a Senior Sales Manager to expand and manage the team.

Your New Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Real Estate or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years related work experience in sales operation in property developer
• Proactive, Independent, attention to detail, strong in time management skills and a team player with positive working attitude and excellent integrity
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills and numerical sense
• Excellent market sense and understanding of property market in Hong Kong
• Good writing skills in both English and Chinese

What You’ll need to succeed

• Liaise with agents;
• Manage sales of residential properties, sales system, administration, operation, logistic and after sales follow-up;
• Manage development/ production of sales materials including sales office and show flat, advertising, promotional materials, sales materials and arrangements
• Undertake market research, analysis and compile report;
• Manage budget plan and undertake sales payment and expenditures;
