Our client is a sizeable developer. They are now looking for a Senior Project Manager / Manager to expand the team.

Your new role

• Handling sizeable projects, prepare design brief and master layout & program, evaluate the project feasibility
• Responsible for planning & design coordination, execution and construction supervision of comprehensive development projects
• Plan, monitor and control work standards and deliver quality results within timeline and cost budget
• Liaise with government authorities, consultants, contractors and internal parties with regard to the projects progress
• Responsible for a project in all phases of design development documentation / project management

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Architecture or related discipline
• At least 8 years’ relevant working experience in property development project, preferably in sizeable property developer or consultant firms
• Experience in working at sizeable interior design company or luxury residential design will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, working both independently and in a team-oriented
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
