Our client is a reputable financial institution.
Your new role
  • Oversee all daily contractual and commercial matters, including preparing tenders, managing the RFP process, analysing bids, drafting and awarding contracts, negotiating terms, and administering contracts, along with strategic vendor management.
  • Create sourcing strategies by identifying opportunities in demand management, supplier consolidation, and process improvements, while ensuring alignment across the company’s operations.
  • Lead vendor negotiations to secure optimal pricing and commercial conditions.
  • Assist in formulating global procurement strategies and address specific tax, regulatory, or other constraints.
  • Create, review, and approve purchase orders and facilitate vendor onboarding in Ariba.
  • Prepare management presentations that outline team progress, potential risks, and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects


What you'll need to succeed
  • 7+ years of procurement experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in huge scale procurement project
  • Proficient in Ariba and MS Office skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese
