Our client is one of the leading international insurers. For their business expansion, they are now looking for senior manager, life and health claims to join their regional team.

Your new role

• Drive the regional claims control and manage potential risk prevention strategy
• Enhance claims fraud/waste/abuse (FWA) detection and management through analytics and AI/ML
• Manage the internal and external stakeholders across regional for claims business for both (Guidelines, system automation, STP)
• Conduct claims operations strategy in life and health business and ensure claims governance
• Develop and implement claims COP

What you'll need to succeed

• Over 10 year experience in claims and system transformation with regional exposure
• Experienced in life/ health claims management and transformation
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management and case management
• Strong communication skills, innovative and stakeholder management
