As their business strengthens, they are hiring a Senior Manager with a strong Finance & HR background.
Your new role
- Lead and oversee HR related accounting, reporting, expense management and tax matters
- Ensure month-end closing reporting activities are completed and are adhering to accounting control policies
- Review financial statement reports and ensure correct adjustments to general ledger and account reconciliation
- Partner with various stakeholders internally and externally including HR department, Finance department, Tax and Accounting service providers, and shared service centres
- Assist in related Finance and HR projects including system enhancement
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's Degree within related areas
- 8+ Years of Accounting, Finance, or Tax Experience
- Knowledge on HR related expenses and procedures preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
