Duties:

1. Strategic HR Planning:
   • Researching, developing, and implementing HR strategies and policies to ensure legal compliance.
   • Focusing on areas such as associate relations, organizational development, employee compensation, and benefit programs.
   • Managing other technical HR programs.
2. Collaboration and Leadership:
   • Partnering with business executives to develop strategic business and employee initiatives.
   • Demonstrating strong leadership and collaboration skills.
3. Optimizing HR Functions:
   • Developing working tactics, policies, and technical solutions to enhance human resource functions.
   • Ensuring compliance with HR policies, labor relations, and rules.
4. Consumer-Driven People Service:
   • Providing consulting and coaching to departmental leaders and managers.
   • Aligning people management and commercial strategies.
5. Business Alignment:
   • Ensuring HR practices and objectives align with business operations.
   • Utilizing experience, data analyses, and organizational agility to guide decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder
• At least 15 years of relevant HR experience in sizeable corporates
• Able to work in a complex HR team/ COE
• Energetic with strong communcation
• Good command in English and Cantonese
