Our client is a government-owned organisation driving the development and clinical adoption of genomic medicine in Hong Kong.

Your new role

• Lead the Finance & Procurement function, overseeing accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and procurement activities.
• Develop financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and internal control frameworks.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial, procurement, and governance policies.
• Oversee procurement planning, tender processes, and vendor management.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and support committee reporting requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• HKICPA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification. (Cert at least 12years+)
• Minimum 12 years of accounting, finance, and procurement experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, internal controls, and procurement practices.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
