Senior Manager (Business Partnering|$840k annual base)
What you'll need to succeed
  • Act as business partner and provide quality HR advisory services to the business unit
  • Being the BP team lead, key person in doing the business expansion
  • Support the HRD in the implementation and delivery of the HR strategies and initiatives such as HR policy formulation, performance management, job grading and employee engagement
  • Review and develop different compensation & benefits programs so as to maintain competitiveness and comply with legal requirement
  • Assist in planning, implementing and monitoring HR strategies to meet the operational and business objectives
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as and when required

What you'll get in return
  • Degree holder in Business Administration, major in Human Resources Management is an added advantage
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR business partner in established organisation of which at least 5 years should be in a managerial position
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
  • Confident, independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good knowledge on HR functional skills with strong business acumen is an added advantage
