Act as business partner and provide quality HR advisory services to the business unit
Being the BP team lead, key person in doing the business expansion
Support the HRD in the implementation and delivery of the HR strategies and initiatives such as HR policy formulation, performance management, job grading and employee engagement
Review and develop different compensation & benefits programs so as to maintain competitiveness and comply with legal requirement
Assist in planning, implementing and monitoring HR strategies to meet the operational and business objectives
Participate in ad hoc projects as and when required
What you'll get in return
Degree holder in Business Administration, major in Human Resources Management is an added advantage
Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR business partner in established organisation of which at least 5 years should be in a managerial position
Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
Confident, independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge on HR functional skills with strong business acumen is an added advantage
