Our client is a growing technology platform that is looking for a lawyer who has experience in M&A to join their legal team.
Your new role
- Handling the whole cycle of M&A, financial investments and other strategic transactions, ranging from performing due diligence to supporting the closure of transactions
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transactional documentations and contracts
- Identifying legal issues with recommendations in relation to M&A/ investments when necessary
- Providing timely advice on whether to negotiate, refuse the buyer’s overtures, sell or do deals with other companies
- Coordinating and working with the management and other counsels on projects and to assess regulatory obstacles
- Assisting on tasks and projects within the business when necessary
What you'll need to succeed
- 4 to 8 years PQE with HK qualification and solid M&A experience
- International firm experience preferred
- Strategic thinker, communicative and detailed-oriented individual
- Fluent in verbal and written Chinese and English
