Your new role
- Provide first line technical support to users on hardware, software and networking related issues.
- Fulfil user requests in priority and follow up support cases in timely manner.
- Provide support and conduct troubleshooting to various systems and applications.
- Maintain IT asset inventory records management.
- Perform support team operational tasks.
- Documentation the standard support & operation procedures and build up knowledge base.
- Assist in IT project coordination and implementation.
- Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of solid experience in desktop support
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Windows 10, Active Directory, MS Office and Outlook
- Holder of MCP, MCSE, ITIL will be an advantage
- Good team player, strong communication and well organised
- Proactive, self-motivated and service-oriented
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
