My client is a globally recognized retail brand known for its innovation, style, and customer experience. They’re looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead our HR function across the region, driving strategic initiatives and empowering teams.
Your new role
- Oversee full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and compliance
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals across multiple locations
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
- Drive organizational development, talent management, and succession planning
- Champion employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
- Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant and regionally relevant
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 8 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 3 years in a people management role
- Background in luxury retail, fashion retail, or retail with e-commerce is essential
- Experience working across APAC regions is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, multi-site retail environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
