• Lead a team to carry out planning, supervising, and administering all maintenance, additions & alterations, and project work of building services systems, E&M, and HV electrical installation
• Liaise and coordinate with different parties for various development projects
• Control the budget, appraise, and check design methods, procedures, and standards to ensure work safety and quality

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor Degree in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, of which at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Solid knowledge and experience in planning, design, project management, and contract administration for fit-out projects and building facilities repair & maintenance works, and experience in taking the leading role in renovation/power supply upgrading and improvement projects of warehouse buildings are preferable
• Relevant experience in assisting the Manager of resource planning and monitoring on facilities engineering tasks
• Grade C0, H0 in Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker are preferable
• Proactive in organizational development to cope with the anticipated dynamic changes in the future
• Strong leadership, good communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese, good Mandarin
• Conversant with PC applications
• Service-oriented and able to work under pressure
• With a valid driving license preferable
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Engineer I position
  
  What you'll get in return
  40k - 50k x 12 months + bonus
