Our client, a Top tier Property Developer in Hong Kong, is now looking for an experienced Data Analytic Manager to join their team to cope with the business expansion.

Your new role

• Data Analytics Framework: Develop and implement the data analytics framework for the loyalty program.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Provide key insights and strategic recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Data Synergy: Integrate data across business units and digital channels to drive growth.
• Strategy Execution: Oversee data management and analytics strategies.
• Best Practices: Implement advanced data analytics and predictive modelling techniques.
• Collaboration with IT: Ensure effective data mapping and utilization with IT teams.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate should have over 10 years’ of working experience in data analytics and business insights for loyalty programs in fast-paced industries. Strong business acumen and ability to derive actionable insights. Experience managing complex customer data and database marketing. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) and Google Analytics. Advanced knowledge of SQL, SAS, MS Office (Excel and Access), VBA, and ETL.
