Senior compensation and benefits manager (Base up to 1.5M)
Our client is a HK conglomerate company with diversified business and strong presence over the globe.
Responsibilities
Act as the centre of excellence to manage the performance and reward management function
Develop and implement performance, compensation and benefits framework, policies and procedures that are compliant with statutory requirements and are in line with the Corporation's philosophy and guidelines to attract and retain talent and drive high performing culture
Act as a lead consultant on compensation, pension schemes and other non-monetary programs, and advise on transfer, mobility and offer management as required
Manage various C&B operation (e.g., insurance and outsourced vendor renewal, HR audit, compensation & benefits database management, HR cost monitoring and forecasting)
Provide support on Directors’ remuneration and matters related to statutory disclosure and corporate governance
Manage the department’s management information system and resources planning, participate in department budget exercise or other HR projects
Provide advice to the business (e.g., Global Business Services teams, HR Business Partners) by providing guidelines and clarifications on policies and their application
Participate in and/or leading HR or non-HR projects focused on continuous improvement
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
A minimum of 12 years’ experience in human resources, performance and reward management, of which 6 years should be at senior supervisory / managerial level
Sound knowledge in relevant legislation, performance and reward management, executive remuneration, job analysis, pay study and research
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to identify and analyse key issues and recommend follow up actions
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong numerical and analytical skills, and high attention to detail/accuracy
Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
Experience in Mainland China and other overseas locations is an advantage
