Your new role
- System applications implementation, including system design, development, testing and production rollout and support
- Support the system applications to ensure business as usual
- Provides assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology
- Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues and provide first level support
- Analyze requirements and derive optimal or effective system solutions
- Design components for new/existing applications and write quality technical specifications
- Plan, organize and control tasks and sub-tasks for project
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree or above in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related
- 2+ years working experience in IT systems design, implementation and support in financial industries
- Solid technical skills in Java EE, XML/web service, SOAP API, REST API, Spring, Struts, WebSphere, MS SQL
- Knowledge in Salesforce would be advantageous
- Experience in individual/group health products are advantageous
- Experience in Agile and Azure DevOps would be advantageous
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of English and Chinese
