Responsibilties

• Report to Finance Head to lead the entire SAP implementation projects
• Manage effectively system development projects towards business objectives
• Analyse existing finance processes, identify the development gaps through collecting internal user requirements and studying feasibility and making valuable recommendations
• Act as a project lead from finance team prospective to ensure the development are executed as expectation as well as to allocate and utilise resources effectively for achieving the best output
• Ensure seamless systems integration and maintain proper documentation on process maps, training guides to support the team in adopting new processes and systems.
• Work closely with vendors, internal IT team and ensure the production and deliverables are consistent as objectives
• Lead the user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment processes and evaluate the deliverables against target

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years' working experience in finance and accounts with 5 years' relevant experience in SAP project management or finance transformation
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
