Our client specialize in cross-border logistics and has 20 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce shipping.


Your new role
  • Manage and provide comprehensive customer support to assigned major accounts, focusing on business development and sales processes.
  • Assist in prospecting and acquiring new customers, including preparing rate proposals and service offerings.
  • Support the preparation of contracts and ensure timely updates for any changes.
  • Identify and assess customer needs and requirements, providing effective business solutions in collaboration with Business Development Managers.
  • Conduct customer profile analysis and prepare monthly performance reports to track key metrics.
  • Implement standardised operating procedures (SOP) for new customers to ensure seamless onboarding in coordination with the customer service team.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer escalations and issues, managing exceptions with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Organise and maintain sales tools and systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Communicate and collaborate with local and international teams, providing regular updates and participating in meetings.
  • Attend marketing and promotional events to represent the company and contribute to business growth.


What you need to succeed
  • Minium of 2 years of experience in the logistics/ e-commerce industry.
  • Preferred experience in account management and customer service.
  • Knowledge of postal and commercial distribution, with familiarity in e-commerce marketplace and air freight operations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Excel.
  • Strong business analysis skills and the ability to prepare compelling proposals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Process-driven with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and possess a strong customer service orientation.
  • Willingness to perform sales administration tasks.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
