Our client is a leading food service company based in Hong Kong that specializes in the distribution of premium frozen meat products to the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) channels. Your new role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales supervisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts within the HORECA channels. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at key accounts.
  • Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.


What you'll need to succeed

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in food services sales selling frozen meat to HORECA channels.
  • A track record of delivering sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
