Your new role

They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Operation Manager to join the team. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational functions of our travel division. You will lead a team of travel consultants and operational staff, ensuring the smooth execution of travel services, maintaining high service standards, and driving business growth.

• Manage and provide leadership to a team of travel consultants and operation staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve revenue targets and maximise market penetration
• Monitor and analyse performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate strategies
• Oversee the operational processes, ensuring seamless execution of travel bookings, reservations, and customer service

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on sales and operations
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving KPIs
• Strong knowledge of travel products, services, and market trends
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills to drive strategic decision-making
• Proficiency in travel industry software and systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple priorities effectively
