Your Company
Our client, a highly reputable consulting firm known for their high work ethics, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to sell IPO reports and industry awards to companies in Hong Kong. This role offers generous commissions and wellness allowances to the right candidates.

Your Role
  • Generate sales with new clients in your designated territory.
  • Research and build a strong prospect list.
  • Create and implement a sales plan to reach targets.
  • Uncover non-traditional funding sources unique to each institution.
  • Take ownership of personal sales targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across teams, departments, and offices to develop the best solutions for clients.
  • Discover business drivers and strategic planning gaps to meet client objectives.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in business studies or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven track record in selling research/IPO reports or professional services
  • Targets-driven approach to work.
  • Solution- and value-selling acumen.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Tenacity, drive, and resilience.
  • Self-motivated and organised.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin (both written and oral).
