As part of their expansion plans, they are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join their Hong Kong operations and drive their sales efforts.


Your Role
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the company's growth by driving revenue through new client acquisitions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and cold calling to conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Key responsibilities include:


  • Prospecting and generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conducting product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the software solution.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Negotiating contract terms, pricing, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and successful implementation of the software solution.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.


What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:


  • Minimum 5 years of hunter sales experience in the technology industry, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent prospecting and cold calling skills, with the ability to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to conduct compelling product demonstrations and deliver persuasive sales pitches.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) solutions and familiarity with the software sales cycle will be a plus.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a tenacious and resilient attitude.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
