Headquartered in Switzerland, your new company develops and produces systems and products for bonding, sealing, damping, reinforcing protecting and more. To assist with their continuous growth and presence in Hong Kong, they are now recruiting for 2 Sales Engineer and is providing you an opportunity to learn and grow alongside an experienced Sales Manager.

Your new role

As prior sales experience in the sector is not expected, you will join your new company as a Sales Engineer to work alongside one of their Sales Manager with solid experience in the industry. You will assist with market mapping and business developing over new business opportunity across both Public and Private sector in Hong Kong. You will prepare, present and pitching of Sales Proposal to potential clients in your assigned segment and act as the Account Manager of your accounts.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Material Engineering / Chemistry / Business or related fields
• Prior sales experience is NOT required
• Good project management skills; experience coordinating the execution of projects across multiple teams both internal and external is a plus
• Fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and understand how to frame conversation with both internal and external stakeholders
• Independent thinker who can initiate ideas and lead execution
• Good presentation skill
• Fluent speaking and writing of Cantonese and English
