My client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support their sales team in daily operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination between clients, internal departments, and the sales team, helping drive overall business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Your new role
- Work closely with frontline promoters and sales teams to ensure accurate reporting and smooth daily operations
- Handle data entry and maintain up-to-date sales records in internal systems
- Consolidate and monitor sales revenue performance across channels
- Prepare regular sales reports and analysis for management review
- Support the preparation of sales forecasts based on historical data and market trends
- Identify sales trends and provide insights to support business planning
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
What you'll need to succeed
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline
- Experience in sales administration / customer service (fresh graduates may also be considered)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
