Your new role
Handle remittance enquiries from customers and staff
Perform inward/outward remittance, including data entry, document filing and record keeping
Handle and respond to inquiries / requests from internal / external partners, customers, on transaction processing and related matters
Performs and checks activities in an accurate, orderly fashion
Perform ad hoc assignments
What you'll need to succeed
Experienced in the financial services industry
Good command in English and Cantonese
Knowledge and experience of banking operations
Proficient in MS Office
