Regional General Manager, Logistic Solutions for Food and FMCG

Full P&L responsibility, strategic growth, and cross-border supply chain leadership.

Your new company

Our client is a leading logistics service provider, on integrated supply chain management, providing end-to-end logistics solutions including warehousing, distribution, supply chain management. They are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and manage the Asia Logistics Hub operations with full P&L responsibility, ensuring strategic growth, operational excellence, and compliance across Food and FMCG logistics for B2B and B2C businesses.


Your new role

  • Strategic Leadership
  1. Develop and execute regional logistics strategies aligned with global objectives.
  2. Identify growth opportunities in Food and FMCG logistics, including cross-border operations (Hong Kong/Macau/Mainland China and Australia).
  3. Build strong relationships with strategic customers and partners.
  • Operational Management
  1. Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery.
  2. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  3. Optimise processes for efficiency, cost control, and service quality.
  • Financial & Business Performance
  1. Manage P&L for the Asia Logistics Hub.
  2. Drive profitability through cost optimisation and revenue growth.
  3. Prepare and present business performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Client-Facing Leadership
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring service excellence and acting as a trusted advisor for their supply chain needs.
  • Team Leadership
  1. Lead and develop a high-performing regional team.
  2. Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years in logistics/supply chain management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in Food and FMCG logistics and regional operations is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cross-border trade and Asia market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
  • Occasionally travel is needed.
