Your new company

A reputable European Insurer, offering a highly specialised insurance solution for its corporate clients globally, is looking for a Regional Compliance Senior Manager that is based in Hong Kong.

Your new role

Working in a small, yet diverse regional team with a flat reporting structure, and reporting directly to the Global Head of Compliance. You will be tasked to support, review and develop various risk and compliance policies and procedures across the region, and to advise senior management on necessary changes to be made. You will also be tasked with supporting different compliance related system projects and initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 8 years of compliance / audit / risk management experience in the insurance or financial services industry;
• Bachelor's Degree or above in relevant disciplines;
• Professional qualification(s) in relevant areas are preferred;
• With strong communications skills in English and a proactive, engaging mindset.
