Your new role
Your objective is to manage a 360-degree recruitment process with the goal of maximizing individual fees and team targets.
Establish a clear sales plan to identify key clients
Establish a close relationship with key accounts and clients
Discover job and business development opportunities
Represent Hays to source candidates using a variety of candidate attraction strategies based on clients' needs
Interviewing and qualifying potential candidates, developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
Manage both client and candidate expectations during the recruitment process
Act as an expert in the industry to answer all client and candidate needs
What you'll need to succeed
To qualify for this role, you must have
University Bachelor's degreein relevant disciplines, fresh graduates or less experienced candidates will be considered as Researcher
Sales-driven and commercial
Able to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
Passionate in meeting new people and developing new relationships
