Your new role
Reporting directly to the Team Manager, your role includes but not limited to:

• Manage relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Represent Hays to source candidates using a variety of candidate attraction strategies based on clients’ needs
• Act as the recruiting expert by delivering market insight to clients and candidates
• Establish a clear and strategic business plan to identify key clients and business opportunities
• Perform distinct tasks ranging from business development to talent selection
• Consistently achieving personal targets by driving business revenue

You will have strong determination and drive to realise your ambition. Because by achieving your ambition, you’ll also achieve ours. We are now seeking individuals with:

• University Bachelor’s Degree
• Previous experience or a strong passion for a career in recruitment or sales
• Ambitious, target-driven and people-oriented personality
• Ability to work under pressure and competitive environment
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English (required) and Chinese (preferred)
• Previous experience or a strong passion for a career in recruitment or sales will be a bonus
