Your new role

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for both clients and candidates
• Develop and build a solid up-to-date candidate database
• Deliver high quality recruitment consultancy and services to existing clients alongside with the manager
• Team support ensure team work efficiency
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Market mapping, understanding and becoming an industry expert within line of service skills & experiences required

What you'll need to succeed

• University degree or related education discipline
• Ambitious, confident and results driven
• Experience in sales/ client servicing/customer service work experience is an advantage
• Strong communication skills with solid business development acumen is essential
• able to work in a fast growing pace environment
• Flexible and positive work attitude is a must
• Fluency in English, and one other language is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome
