Your new role
Reporting directly to your Manager, your role includes but not limited to:

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to identify, attract, and screen top talent for open positions
  • Manage the full recruitment process including job postings, applicant tracking, interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, company culture, and desired candidate profiles
  • Manage relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Represent Hays to source candidates using a variety of candidate attraction strategies based on clients' needs
  • Act as the recruiting expert by delivering market insight to clients and candidates
  • Establish a clear and strategic business plan to identify key clients and business opportunities
  • Perform distinct tasks ranging from business development to talent selection
  • Consistently achieving personal targets by driving business revenue
What you'll need to succeed
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Previous experience or a strong passion for a career in recruitment or sales is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are also considered.
  • Resilience, target-driven and people-oriented personality
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a competitive environment
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese
  • Previous experience or a strong passion for a career in recruitment or sales will be a bonus.
