Your new company

Our client is a sub-contractor in public projects and private residential new builds. They are now looking for a QS to expand the team.

Your new role

• Leading the team to perform project management and cost control in Materials, including without limitation to project planning, coordination and Tender process
• Liaise closely with internal operations team to fulfil customer requirements and complete well quality contracts
• Prepare material program as well as regular monthly report
• Site materials ordering
• Payment application
• V.O. estimation and submission
• Final account preparation

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• At least 1 year in a relevant experience in Cost Management /or Quantity Surveying
• Candidates with experience in working at Gov or fitting out project will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, working both independently and in a team-oriented
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
