Our client is a leading local developer known for our innovative and sustainable projects seeking a QS.

Your new role

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, considering materials, labour, and other relevant factors.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular cost reports.
• Evaluate tender submissions, negotiate contracts, and manage subcontractor agreements.
• Assess variations and change orders, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks related to project costs.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Over 3 years relevant experience in commercial or residential projects
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and written in English and Chinese
