To support their continued growth, they are seeking a Property Sales Manager to join and expand their sales team.
Role Overview
As a Property Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of overseas and UK investment properties. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Achieving targeted sales volumes through effective lead qualification and conversion.
- Managing client communications—both written and verbal—with professionalism and clarity.
- Organising and attending client meetings, both in-person and over the phone.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience that exceeds expectations.
- Keeping the CRM system up to date with accurate customer records and communication logs.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a property sales or similar role; international property sales experience is highly desirable.
- University degree or equivalent, with strong academic performance in Maths and English.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Professional demeanour and a strong work ethic.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage a personal sales pipeline effectively.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and embraces responsibility.
